What’s Included
Full Weekend Rental of our lavender farm and farm buildings (many dating back to 1880’s) from Friday 12pm to Sunday 10am. This means more time with friends & family.
Sunday Matinee Rental of our lavender farm and farm buildings from 1pm to 9pm Sunday. Checkout of the Honeymoon Suite is 10am Monday morning.
Weekday Rental of our lavender farm and farm buildings from 1pm to 9pm Mon-Thurs. Checkout of the Honeymoon Suite is 10am the following morning.
Separate Bride and Groom suites, in our historic farmhouse and tack barn, with all the modern conveniences to prepare for your big day.
Two Night Stay in our Farmhouse Suite included. No need to rush off to a hotel before you leave for your honeymoon. Simply walk to your beautiful suite after your reception. *One night stay included for our Sunday Matinee & Weekday Elopement Packages.
Tables & chairs to seat 150 guests. Our gorgeous tables were handmade from 150 year old heart pine boards found in the hay lofts of our barns. No linens needed.
Your choice of 3 wedding service locations on the farm including: our glass conservatory, our chapel on the hill and our flower fields during bloom season.
Outdoor games: Cornhole, giant Jenga and wiffle ball - so fun at cocktail hour! Kids can pick dandelions until there heart’s content.
Use of the firepit--including wood (we maintain it) for you and your guests to enjoy on cool evenings.
Engagement portrait session on the farm, 1 hour, with your photographer.
A variety of amazing photo spots--for making memories that last a lifetime! Wedding photographers love to shoot here and, often, they get married here too!

Set Up and Tear Down of chairs and tables at your chosen ceremony location and reception.
Parking Attendants to assist guests with parking and provide golf cart shuttle for anyone requiring assistance getting around at the venue.
No hidden fees--there are no additional service fees or taxes. No food, beverage, bar, or spending minimums. No guest count minimums. No china requirements.

Other Important Details
These rates are subject to change prior to signing a contract. We limit our calendar to 35 weekends per year. Prime dates book very quickly.
Payment Plan: Full Weekend Package $2,500 non-refundable payment due at contract signing and two installment payments: $2,500 due (6) six months and $1,995 (3) three months from wedding date. Sunday Matinee Package $2,000 non-refundable payment due at contract signing and one installment payment: $1,495 due (6) six months from wedding date. Weekday Package $1,500 non-refundable payment due at contract signing and one installment payment: $995 due (6) six months from wedding date. 5% military discount available to all active duty men and women in our armed forces.
We do require a $1,000,000 event insurance policy. Approximate cost $190. If serving alcohol, a $2,000,000 event insurance policy is required. Approximate cost is $235.
